摘　　要：以黑龙江上游漠河江段为例论述了气候水文因素对黑龙江塌岸地质灾害的影响程度及侵蚀塌岸的特征。指出了气候水文因素在影响黑龙江侵蚀塌岸过程中具有周期性和不稳定性。在诸多因素中,汛期江水的侵蚀作用是影响黑龙江塌岸的主要因素。This paper discussed climate hydrological and weather factors to the influence of geology disasters of collapse bank in Heilongjiang River and character of eroding collapse bank by the example of Mohe River section of the upper reacher of Heilongjiang River,and presents that climate hydrology factors have periodicity and non_stability in the process of eroding collapse bank by Heilongjiang River.By many factors ,eroding function of river water of the flood season is the main factors of eroding collapse bank by Heilongjiang River.
