摘  要:目的探讨腹腔镜下输卵管妊娠切开取胚术联合肾上腺素局部注射治疗输卵管妊娠的临床价值。方法选择235例腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管妊娠(除外间质部妊娠、输卵管卵巢妊娠及输卵管妊娠破裂)的患者,随机分为两组:对照组(112例),单纯行输卵管妊娠切开取胚术;研究组(123例),采用输卵管妊娠切开取胚术联合肾上腺素局部注射治疗输卵管妊娠,比较两组术中及术后情况。结果235例患者全部经腹腔镜下完成手术,无1例中转开腹。研究组术中出血量明显少于对照组(P<0.05),术后随访的输卵管通畅率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用输卵管妊娠切开取胚术联合肾上腺素局部注射治疗输卵管妊娠是一种简单易行、经济实用、无副作用、安全可行的手术治疗的辅助方法。[Objective] To discuss the clinic value of taking embryo by uterine tube pregnancy incision with the laparoscope combined with partly injection on adrenalin to cure uterine tube pregnancy. [Methods] To select 235 patients who suffered from uterine tube pregnancy (mesenchyma pregnancy, ovary pregnancy, uterine tube break were not included) and divide them into two groups at random. One group was comparison group (112 cases), and adopted the method of taking embryo by uterine tube pregnancy incision; the other group was research group (123 cases), adopted the method of taking embryo by uterine tube pregnancy incision combined with partly injection on adrenalin; Comparison was made between the two groups during and after the operation. [Results] 235 patients were operated with the laparoscope. No one was operation. In the research group, the hemorrhage was evidently less than that in the comparison group (P<0.05). After the operation, the rate of unobstructed Uterine tube was higher than that in comparison group (P<0.05). [Conclusions] It is tested that the method of Uterine tube incision combined with partly injection on adrenalin to cure uterine tube pregnancy is an assistant method to operation which is simple, practical and safe with no side effect.
