输尿管镜下钬激光治疗尿路结石230例

摘　　要：目的探讨钬激光治疗泌尿系结石的疗效。方法采用输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗尿路结石230例。结果212例一次性碎石成功,一次性成功率达92.17%,碎石时间3￣90min,一次性结石排净时间为1￣8周,并发输尿管穿孔,改行开放手术2例,并发水中毒败血症2例,并患侧肾积脓2例,并发前列腺损伤出血1例,2次碎石成功10例,失败2例。结论钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石安全,有效,确切,并发症少。[Objective] To evaluate the clinical effect of Ho: YAG laser on the treatment of urinary calculi. [Methods] 230 cases of urolithiosis were treated via ureteroscope or cystoscope with versapulse select Ho: YAG lithotriptor. [Results] 212 cases of urolthiesis were fragmented after a single session. The overall successful tone fragmentation rate of urinary calculi was 92.17%. Mean operation time was 38 min (3~90 min). Stone free was 1~8 weeks. Mean duration of past-operation in hospital was 1~7 days. There are 2 cases of ureteral pereforation and 2 case of psonephrosis and 2 cases of water intoxication occurred. [Conclusion] Ho: YAG laser lithotripsy through ureteroscope is a safe, effective treatment of urinary calculi.
