摘 要:以聚乙二醇单甲醚、丁二酸酐、4-氨基苯乙酮、5-乙酰基-2-氨基二苯甲酮为原料合成了以聚苯基喹啉(PPQ)为硬段、聚乙二醇(PEG)为软段的“刚棒-线团”两嵌段共聚物PPQ-b-PEG,通过IR1、HNMR对其结构进行了表征。并对1mg/ml的PPQ-b-PEG在三氟乙酸/二氯甲烷稀溶液(1∶1 TFA∶DCM,v/v)的自组装进行了初步研究。结果表明:PPQ-b-PEG能自组装形成直径为4.Rod-coil diblock copolymers of PPQ-b-PEG containing poly(phenylquinoline) (PPQ) as the rod block and the poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) as the coil block were designed and synthesized from Methyl-PEG (Mn 2000), butanedioic simple anydride 4-Aminoacetophone, 5-acetyl-2-aminobenzophenone. The structures and properties of PPQ-b-PEG was characterized by IR, 1HNMR and the self-assembling behavior of the PPQ-b-PEG copolymers in the trifluoroacetic acid/chloroform (1 mg/ml 1:1 TFA:DCM, v/v) was studied elementarily. The results was showed that PPQ-b-PEG was observed to self-assemble into copolymer microspheres with the average diameter of 4.34 μm.
