摘 要:制备了表面功能基团为氨基和甲基的自组装膜,将不同表面功能基团自组装膜浸入多壁碳纳米管分散液中沉积,实验观察到,表面为氨基的APTES自组装膜对分散液中的碳纳米管有静电吸附作用而均匀吸附一层碳纳米管,表面为甲基的OTS自组装膜对分散液碳纳米管有排斥作用力而没有吸附碳纳米管,这一实验对利用单根碳纳米管构造纳米电子器件与纳米机械具有重要意义。Self-assembled monolayer APTES with terminal amino and OTS with methyl group have been prepared on single-silicon crystal substrate. Then the deposition of carbon nanotube was conducted by immerging the APTES and OTS self-assembled monolayer into the solution with suspended carbon nanotubes. SEM images show that carbon nanotubes absorb on the surface of amino-terminated self-assembled monolayer, due to the strong static electric force between the APTES self-assembled monolayer and the suspended carbon nanotubes. There is no carbon nanotubes on methyl -terminated self-assembled monolayers. The experiments represent significant step in development of carbon nanotube based on nanotechnology, provide the opportunity for manipulation of individual carbon nanotubes into nanostructure and nanodevices by chemical means.
