摘　　要：斯达公司通过业务流程重组,转换经营机制,加强科学管理,积极引入信息化技术,不失时机地大力推进信息化建设,重塑新组织、新机制和新的管理系统。本文首先简述了业务流程重组的思想及其实施过程,然后分析了信息技术在企业管理中的作用和业务流程重组与信息技术的集成,最后简要论述了斯达公司的销售管理子系统。SIDA company has changed the operation mechanism and strengthened scientific management through business pro- cess reengineering ; it has introduced information technology actively, then energetically promoted information construction, and rein- vented new organization、new mechanism and new administrative system。This article sketches the thought of the business process reengineering at first, Then analyses the role in business administration of the information technology and the integration of the busi- ness process reengineering with information technology, finally describes sale management subsystem of SIDA company briefly。
