摘　　要：详细介绍了辽河油田自备热电厂的设备现状,选用辽河油田石化总厂生产的20#重柴油代替轻柴油用于流化床锅炉点火,解决了燃油雾化性差和燃油成本高的问题;针对油泵密封泄漏问题,采用双端面机械密封代替单端面机械密封。这些改造措施实际运行效果良好。This paper described the existing equipment conditions in details for Liao He Self -Supply Power Plant,and then selected Diesel oil No.20 made by Liao He Petrochemical General corporation to replace the light diesel oil supplied by national market for CFB ignition,this measure successfully resoled CFB operational problems like fuel oil atomization and high running costs;and exceptionally,two terminal machinery sealing has been adopted to replaced single terminal machinery sealing to conquer oil supply oil bump axial seal leakage.All this measures have been proved to be of practical benefits
