救心油β－环糊精包合物的研究

摘　　要：利用β－环糊精对救心油进行包合，考察温度、投料比、时间等因素对包合的影响，用气相色谱法对包合物进行含量测定，选出最佳制备工艺，经差示扫描量热分析法和粉末Ｘ－射线衍射法鉴定，证明包合物确已形成。The inclusion compounds of Jiuxin Oil with β-cyclodextrin were prepared.The influence of tempera-ture,ratio of host and guest molecules,stirring time on inclusion were observed.The quantitative determination wasperfoimed by gas chromatography.Inclusion compounds of Jiuxin Oil were confirmed by differential scanning calorime-try and powder X-ray diffractometry.
