甘蓝型油菜与菘蓝属间杂交新品系的形态解剖研究

摘　　要：甘蓝型油菜８４０４与菘蓝属间杂交新品系的形态解剖结构观察结果表明：新品系叶片、根系的外部形态似父本菘蓝，茎的形状似母本甘蓝型油菜。根、茎和叶的内部解剖结构，大多数特征介于双亲之间；少数性状如茎中维管束的排列似父本，韧皮部与木质部的比例似母本，少数超亲性状，如根中木质部已分化的导管、管胞数目多于亲本。杂交新品系根茎叶兼具双亲的形态结构特征。Anatomical features were observed on a new strain selected by intergeneric hybrdization with Brassica napus and Isatis tinctoria to father I.tinctoria.The outer teature of the new strain in leaf and root was similar and the stem similar to mather B.napus,but the inner structure of root,stem and leaf mostly between father and mather.Seldum features,for example,the arrangement of vascular bundle in stem,had the similarity to father and the ratio of phloem and xylem to mather,There existed very little feathers superio to parants.
