摘　　要：目的探讨TEST1测定血沉结果的准确性与重复性。方法同时用ALIFAX全自动血沉仪(TEST1)和魏氏法测定血沉,以国际推荐的魏氏法做参考方法,进行相关性比较,并进行重复性试验。结果r>0.95,P<0.01,与传统魏氏法有良好的相关性,且重复性良好。结论TEST1可用EDTA-K2,抗凝血,不受HCT及各种外界因素影响,快速、准确、可靠。Objective Discuss the accuracy and repetition of TEST1.Methods Apply the TEST1 automated system and manual westergren method for measuring the erythrocyte sedimentation rate at the same time. The TEST1 method was compared with manual westergren reference method.Furthermore, apply TEST1 for repeated experimentation.Results A good correlation was found between the TEST1 and the westerfren reference method:r>0.95 P<0.01,and TEST1 has good repetition.Conclusion This device can use blood with anticoagulant of EDTA-K_2, and it will not be influenced by HCT and many environmental factors.It's results can be got quickly, accuracy and credibility.
