摘　　要：目的为了解肾病综合征(NS)患儿外周血白细胞糖皮质激素受体(GCR)水平对NS疗效的影响。方法采用受体放射配体结合技术测定NS患儿外周血白细胞GCR水平。结果NS患儿GCR水平明显低于正常对照组,且对糖皮质激素敏感的NS患儿GCR水平较高,对糖皮质激素不敏感的NS患儿GCR水平低。结论对NS患儿治疗前检测GCR水平,有助于制定个体化治疗方案。Objective To investigate the influence level to the papeutical effect on the Glucocorticoid receptor(GCR) in perpheral blood leukocyte in children with nephrotic syndrome.Methods the GCR levels in peripheral blood leukocyte in children with nephrotic syndrome were measured with radioligand binding assay of receptors(RBA).Results the GCR levels in children with nephrotic syndrome were significant lower than normal ones,and the GCR levels were higher in the cases who were sensitive to Glucocorticoid,conversely,it was lower.Conclusion The measurement of GCR levels in cases with nephrotic syndrome has a great significance before treatment.
