应用Coulter JT-IR细胞分析仪测定稀释血的研究

摘　　要：目的研究CoulterJT-IR细胞分析仪能否用于稀释血的测定。方法12份抗凝全血作10倍稀释前后上机测试,其中稀释后的测试结果乘上10作最后结果。结果比较稀释前后结果,发现白细胞系统和血小板系统参数无显著变化,而红细胞系统的大部分参数均有显著变化。结论本文认为CoulterJT-IR细胞分析仪测定稀释血只可提供白细胞系统及血小板系统的可靠结果。Objective It could be for the survey diluting the blood to study Coulter JT-IR Cyto Analysis.Methods 12 anticoagulatory the whole blood make 10 is it test to operate the computer before and after diluting,dilute test result after is it have 10 act as the last result to take advantage of among them.Results The result, find that there is not remarkable change in the leucocyte system and platelet systematic parameter before and after relatively diluting,and most parameters of the red blood corpuscles system have remarkable changes.Conclusion This text thinks that Coulter JT-IR Cyto Analysis determines diluted blood to only offer some reliable results of leucocyte system and platelet systematic parameter.
