216例心肌梗死心电图分析

摘　　要：本文对216例心肌梗死病人的心电图进行了统计分析。包括一般心电图资料、梗死定位诊断、并发心律失常以及不同年龄、性别病人进行了分析。结果显示广泛后壁心肌梗死、广泛前壁心肌梗死,60岁～69岁男性病人发病率最高。ST段抬高和Q波出现的典型急性心肌梗死在临床上不足50%,约一半的心电图表现不典型,正确认识和诊断是非常重要的。This text has carried on statistical analysis to 216 cases of myocardial infarction the patient's electrocardiogram.Including:General electrocardiogrammaterials,blocking up and is orientate and diagnosed,erupts arrhythmia cordis and different ages,sex patients simultaneously to analyse,The result shows:myocardialinfarction of wall,extensive stop board myocardial infarction after being extensive,the man patient 60~69 years old has the highest incidence of disease.ST segment riseredound and Q model acute myocardial infarction that wave appear fewer than 50% at clinic,no about half the models now of electric hart of heart,correctunderstanding and diagnosing that it is very important.
