摘　　要：通过对黄冈师范学院550名大学生课外体育活动参与情况进行抽样调查、分析和研究。调查发现,目前大学生有体育健身愿望,但参与意识不强,多以传统项目和球类项目为健身选择,校园为主要的活动场所,课外体育活动的参与受主、客观因素的影响。该文就此提出了一些对策和建议。<Abstrcat> This paper aims, through the survey on 550 sample sophomores at Huanggang Normal University, to learn and analyse the status quo of sophomores' participation in extracurricular sports activities. The survey shows that the sophomores at present are willing to keep fit, but lack awareness of subjective initiative. Most of them choose traditional items or ball games. Their sports activities are mainly restricted within the campus. Both subjective factors from the sophomores and objective influenses caused by the circumstances interfere with the popularity of the extracurricular sports activities. Some suggestions herewith are presented.
