摘　　要：作为欧洲文明的摇篮,古希腊的文化一直被后人所敬仰,在文学、艺术、哲学、法律等领域里有其显赫的地位。体育是文化的一部分,古希腊体育同样也有着辉煌的历史,奥林匹克运动会的创办是最好的见证。但我们对古希腊体育的理解不应停留在表面,深入探究其内在的底蕴是必要的。As the cradle of European culture, the culture of Ancient Greece is respected by all human de scendents and its literature, art, philosophy and law respectively take up a splendid place in history. As a part of the culture, sports also plays a great role in history, as shown in the Olympic Games. However, apart from looking at it superficially, we must explore the essence of the sporting spirit of Ancient Greece.
