摘  要:研究了利用γ射线透射幅度谱测量油垢时管壁腐蚀对响应的影响。模拟实验装置由137Csγ射线的准直束、NaI(Tl)探测器和BH1224多道谱仪组成。结果表明:对数响应与油垢厚度呈线性关系,测量油垢厚度准确度为1mm;对数响应与管壁腐蚀间也呈线性关系,测量管壁腐蚀准确度为0.1mm。The influence of the wall corrosion on measuring the response of the grease stain thickness using the amplitude spectrum of the transmitted γ-ray is reported. The simulated experimental device consists of the collimating beam of 137Cs γ-rays, the NaI (Tl) detector, and the BH1224 multi-channel spectrometer. The experiment result indicates that the linear relation is presented between the logarithm response and the grease stain thickness. The measuring accuracy of the grease stain thickness is 1 mm. The linear relation is also presented between the logarithm response and the tube wall corrosion. The measuring accuracy of the tube wall corrosion is 0.1 mm.
