摘　　要：针对我国水资源缺乏、农业灌溉用水低效的现象,介绍了非充分灌溉优化配水技术、灌区水库调度的国内外研究状况,分析了存在的有关问题,提出了可能的解决途径。Facing our country water resource scarcity and using water efficiency lowly in agriculture irrigation, this paper research situation in area of optimizing irrigation water allocation on the basis of deficit irrigation and optimum operation of reservoir in irrigation district, both in and out China. At the same time, the existing problems and possible solutions are also shown in this paper.
