摘　　要：[目的]了解休闲娱乐场所从业人员的心理卫生状况,为健康促进工作提供依据。[方法]分层随机抽取某区136家休闲娱乐场所(美发厅、美容厅、足浴房和舞厅),采用症状自评量表(SymptomChecklist90,SCL-90)对其583名从业人员进行心理卫生状况的问卷调查和分析。[结果]休闲娱乐场所从业人员的SCL-90量表因子得分均值高于全国常模(P<0.01),女性得分均值均高于男性(P<0.01或P<0.05),四类行业之间比较足浴房和舞厅得分均值高于美发厅和美容厅(P<0.05)。[结论]休闲娱乐场所从业人员心理卫生状况存在一定问题,需要政府和其他组织采取措施,改善其工作生活条件,并开展相关的健康促进工作,提高其心理健康水平。[Objective] To understand the psychological health status of employees in recreational places ( including barber ′shop , beauty salon, feet massage room and dancing hall ) to offer gist of measures for health promotion. [Methods] 136 recreational places were selected after stratified random sampling from which 583 employees were investigated with Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90)for their psychological health status. [Results] The employees′ scores were higher than those of Chinese normal average (P<0.01).Female employees′ scores were higher than those of male (P<0.01 or P<0.05). Scores of employees from feet massage room and dancing hall were higher than those from barber′ shop and beauty salon (P<0.05). [Conclusion] The government should pay more attention to the working and living conditions of employees in recreational places. It is urgent to take health promotion measures of psychological health for employees of recreational places.
