铸造H13模具钢在热挤压模中的应用

摘　　要：　分析了铸造H13模具钢化学成分及性能特点,论述了通过采取电渣重熔工艺、精铸工艺及合理的热处理,可提高铸造H13热挤压模的性能与寿命.实际应用表明,使用铸造H13热挤压模代替3Cr2W8V锻造热挤压模是一种经济有效的方法.Analyzing the chemical composition and property characteristic of H1 cast die steel, discussing the technical process of using advanced electro-slag remelting, fine-cast and proper heat treatment to improving property and life time of H1 cast die, actual application proves that it is a economic and feasible way of making H1 cast steel die as substitute of Cr2W8V forging steel die.
