摘　　要：产业集群对区域经济发展具有重要的作用。但是,仅仅依靠聚集经济成本优势的集群将难以摆脱衰退的宿命,而技术创新是延长集群生命周期、提升集群长期竞争优势、促进集群可持续发展的重要手段。实践表明,政府实施产业集群战略,应更多地关注区域创新体系的建设。Industrial clusters play a very important role in developing regional economy,but those only depending on the congregation of economic cost advantage can hardly avoid recession.In addition,technological innovation is a crucial measure to prolong the lifecycle of industrial clusters,promote their long-term competitive advantage and boost their sustainable development.Examples show that government should pay more attention to the construction of regional innovation system in the process of carrying out the strategy of industrial clusters.
