摘　　要：毛泽东“让人民来监督政府”思想是毛泽东思想的一个重要组成部分。在党的七大上,以毛泽东为代表的老一辈无产阶级革命家,以讲话的形式,从三大理论基础、三大监督原则、三大监督途径三个方面,对毛泽东“让人民来监督政府”思想进行了全面系统的阐述,为“让人民来监督政府”这一思想的形成奠定了深厚的理论基础。Mao Zedongs thought encouraging the people to supervise the government is a scientific part of Mao Zedongs thought.At the Seventh Congress of the Communist Party of China,the old generative proletariat revolutionists took Mao Zedong as the representative,elaborated Mao Zedongs thought to encourage the people to supervise the government systematically and completely from three aspects.It laid the deep theory foundation for the formation of this thought.
