摘　　要：社会主义政治文明是人类社会政治文明中的一个崭新的文明形态。在新中国,提出这一概念历经了半个世纪的摸索。纵观中国特色社会主义现代化建设的实践过程,不难发现,坚持中国共产党的领导、人民当家作主和依法治国的有机结合是中国特色社会主义政治文明的鲜明特点。Socialist political civilization is a brand-new civilized form in human society. In China, the Chinese Communist Party (the CCP) spent half a century finding out and putting forward this idea. Through the whole practice procedure of the modernization building with Chinese characteristics, it is not hard to find that the organic combination of adhering to the leadership of the CCP, the people' s mastering their own country and governing the country according to law are distinct features of the political civilization with Chinese characteristics.
