摘　　要：大学生是国家的人才资源,是民族的希望,祖国的未来。面对新形势下高校学生的新情况、新问题,应积极探索,创新大学生思想政治教育工作。观念创新、机制创新、内容创新、方法创新是做好高校思想政治教育工作的前提、保障、基础和有效途径。College students are the country's talents, the nation's hope and the future of our motherland. Facing the new situation and problems of college students in the new period, the work of their ideological and political education should be explored and reformed actively. The innovation of ideas, mechanism, content and approaches is the premise, guarantee, foundation and effective ways respectively.
