摘 要:采用等体积浸渍法制备了一系列不同组成的CrOx/SiO2催化剂样品,并用XRD,FTIR,UVVis,TPR和N2吸附等技术对催化剂样品进行了表征,考察了催化剂对C10+重芳烃加氢脱烷基反应的催化性能.结果表明,CrOx/SiO2催化剂对C10+重芳烃加氢脱烷基反应的催化性能与催化剂的表面结构有关,脱烷基活性主要来自载体表面的CrOx物种.当催化剂中n(Cr)/n(Si)=1%~2%时,CrOx在SiO2表面达到单层分散;当n(Cr)/n(Si)=2%~20%时,表面CrOx物种含量的变化不大,催化剂的活性及选择性基本不变.Heavy aromatics can be lightened by hydrodealkylation to produce light aromatics. A series of CrOx/ SiO2 catalyst samples with different compositions for hydrodealkylation of C10+ heavy aromatics were prepared by incipient wetness impregnation. The samples were characterized by XRD, FT-IR, UV-Vis DRS, TPR and N-2 adsorption methods. The relationship between the catalytic performance and the structure of the catalyst samples was investigated. A small amount of Cr2O3 crystalline was detected when n(Cr)/n(Si) reached 2%. The CrOx species might exceed monolayer coverage on SiO2 surface when n(Cr)/n(Si) = 2%, i. e. the monolayer coverage of CrOx on SiO2 should be 1 % similar to 2 %. The surface CrOx species were the mainly active components in the CrOx/SiO2 catalyst for the reaction. The catalyst activity did not change greatly with Cr/Si molar ratio when Cr loading exceeded the monolayer coverage.
