摘 要:合成了Co-MCM-41和Co-MCM-48分子筛,并用X射线衍射、红外光谱和紫外可见漫反射光谱等技术对样品进行了表征.结果表明,部分Co离子掺杂进入了各分子筛的骨架中,在Co-MCM-41分子筛中只含有Co(Ⅱ),而在Co-MCM-48分子筛中只含有Co(Ⅲ).分子筛中Co离子的价态不同是导致它们反应性能差异的根本原因.Cobalt- containing mesoporous MCM-41 and MCM-48 molecular sieves were synthesized and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), infrared ( IR) spectroscopy and UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (DRS). XRD results showed that Co-MCM-41 and Co-MCM-48 samples possessed characters of M41S analogue before and after CO2-dehydrogenation of ethane. For the 3 % Co-MCM-41 sample, the diffraction peaks still existed even after reaction at 973 K for 730 min. XRD and IR results proved that part of Co ions incorporated in the framework of the molecular sieves. UV-Vis DRS spectra verified that only Co( U) ions existed in the framework of 3 % Co-MCM-41, while only Co( M) ions existed in 3 % Co-MCM-48. The catalytic performance of the two samples indicated that over 3 % Co-MCM-41 an ethane conversion of 39. 54 %, ethylene selectivity of 98. 59 Wi and ethylene yield of 38. 98 % were achieved at 973 K, and over 3 % Co-MCM-48 an ethane conversion of 26. 89 % and CO2 conversion of 33. 61 % were obtained. The difference in the valence of Co,ions might be the reason for the different catalytic performance of the two catalysts.
