摘　　要：国内多数中小水利工程建设实行建管分离,同时水管单位人员总量过剩,专业人员缺乏,无法满足现代管理,接管现代水利工程难度较大。本文结合管理单位对杭州市四格排灌站接收,共同探讨如何做好运行管理的接管工作,提高运行管理单位对现代水利工程的管理水平,最大限度发挥工程效益。In our country most small and medium-sized water projects are built by one company and operated by another. The latter is overmanned and lack of technicians, resulting in poor management. The research based on the actual situation of the authors' company,carries out the mission more successfully which yields the greater returns on investment..
