补肾中药对去势大鼠骨生物力学影响的研究

摘　　要：使用补肾方剂（补肾健骨胶囊）对切除卵巢的雌性成年大鼠进行了治疗，并与正常对照组、模型组和尼尔雌醇治疗组的大鼠进行了比较。统计学结果显示，使用补肾健骨胶囊治疗的各组大鼠股骨骨载荷、骨桡度、骨强度、弹性模量等生物力学指标明显好于模型组，差异有显著性和非常显著性。说明补肾健骨胶囊治疗可明显改善去势大鼠的骨生物力学状态，提高骨骼抵抗外力冲击的能力，有效的防治大鼠去势后引起的骨质疏松症，避免骨折的发生。Ovariectomized female adult rats were treated with Bu Shen Jian Gu(BSJG)capsule, and compared with the control group, the model group and the nilestriol treated group. The results from three point bending test of femur indicated that the biomechanics parameters(loading, defletion, strength,young' s modulus, etc)of Bu Shen Jian Gu capsule treated group were significantly higher than model group, This indicates that treatment with renal tonic in Bu Shen Jian Gu capsule can prominently improve the biomechanics, properties of bone of ovariectomized rats, prevent osteoporosis and resist fracture effectively.
