摘 要:目的:测定室内空气中甲醛含量。方法:用空气采样器采样品后,甲醛与盐酸苯肼反应,生成的衍生物甲醛苯腙用单扫极谱法测定。结果:装修后的房间室内空气中甲醛含量的平均值为0.227mg/L(n=8)。结论:用二阶导数单扫描极谱法测定居室空气中甲醛含量的方法,具有简单、快速、准确和灵敏度高的特点;装修后的房间室内空气中甲醛含量高于国家标准。Objective To determinate the formaldehyde content in indoor air by single sweep polarography. Methods The formaldehyde in indoor air was collected by air sample device. The formaldehyde reacts with benzene hydrazine of hydrochloric acid. The product formaldehyde phenylhydrazone was determined by the sweep polarograph. Results The mean of the concentrations of formaldehyden decorated rooms was 0. 227 mg/L (n = 8). Conclusion This is a rapid simple and good accuracy method for determination of the formaldehyde in indoor air the concentrations of formaldehyde in decorated rooms were singnificantly than related national standards.
