摘  要:目的:建立紫外分光光度法测定膜剂中有效成分平阳霉素含量。方法:用蒸馏水提取膜剂中平阳霉素,用紫外分光光度法测定,检测波长为291nm。结果:膜剂提取液中平阳霉素浓度于25~88μg/ml之间与其吸收值有良好线性关系,r=0.9999。平均回收率:97.1%,RSD:1.4%。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确,适用于质量控制使用。Objective To establish the Ultraviolet spectrophotometer method for determination of bleomycin A5 in films. Methods The bleomycin A5 in films was extracted by distilled water. Ultraviolet spectrometry was used and detection wavelength was 291 nm. Results The methed was linear within the range of 25~88 μg/ml r=0.999 9. The average recoveries were 97.1% with RSD of 1.4% (n=6). Conclusion This methed is simple quick accurate and reliable for the quality control of this films.
