摘  要:目的:观察参麦注射液对家兔心肌缺血/再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法:采用结扎左冠状动脉前降支40min后再灌注,分别测定不同时段血清丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,并于再灌后3h处死动物取心肌组织,做心肌病理组织学检查。结果:缺血再灌组在心肌缺血40min后血清SOD活性就开始下降,再灌后继续下降(P<0.05),而血清MDA含量在心肌缺血40min后开始增加,再灌后继续增高(P<0.05),心肌组织形态学发生异常变化;参麦治疗组上述指标的异常变化明显减轻,其差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:参麦注射液对家兔心肌缺血/再灌注损伤有一定的保护作用。Objective To investigate the protective effects of Shen Mai injection on myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury in rabbits. Methods The model was made by the ligating and reperfusing the left descending coronary artery in rabbits. Serum level of malondialdehyde(MDA) and the activity of Superoxide Dismutase(SOD) in different time points was observed. Results In myocardium ischemia reperfusion group(MIR) Ischemia 40 minutes later the activity of SOD in serum was decreased (P<0.05) the level of MDA in serum was increased (P<0.05). After reperfusion the activity of SOD in serum continue decreased  the level of MDA in serum continue increased (P<0.05). The abnormal changes of myocardium morphology were obvions during MIR After Shen Mai injection administration above mentioned abnormal changes of all the parameters and hepatocytes morphology were all alleviated remarkably (P<0.05). Conclusion Shen Mai injection may protect myocardium ischemia/reperfusion injury.
