摘　　要：目的:研制一种供临床术后预防及治疗局部感染的鼻腔冲洗液(洗剂)。方法:按照药典中洗剂项下要求进行制备及质控研究,并用紫外分光光度法对其进行含量测定。结果:选用单方氧氟沙星制成的鼻腔冲洗液,临床使用效果良好,制备工艺简单,质控方法快捷可靠。结论:本品是临床术后预防及治疗局部感染较理想的医院制剂。Objective To research a new nasal cavity rinses of ofloxacin for the precaution after the operation. Methods The nasal cavity rinse of ofloxacin was prepared according to the method of the pharmacopoeia and the content was determined by UV. Results The nasal cavity rinses of ofloxacin has the good clinic effect and the technic of the preparation is simple and under control. Conclusion The nasal cavity rinse of ofloxacin is the good for local counter infect.
