左室造影评价生脉注射液改善冠心病患者心功能的作用

摘　　要：目的评价生脉注射液对冠心病患者心功能的作用。方法冠心病患者30例,经猪尾巴导管于10 min内向左心室缓慢注射生脉注射液50 mL(经NS 50 mL稀释)。分别于给药前及给药30 min,经左心室造影测定心功能及猪尾巴导管测定主动脉和左室压。结果生脉注射液能明显改善冠心病患者心功能,如左室射血分数(EF)、左室收缩末容量(LVESV)、左室舒张末容量(LVEDV)、心输出量(CO)、心脏指数(CI),P均<0.05,对伴有心功能不全的冠心病患者作用更加显著(P<0.01);同时能减慢心率和降低主动脉收缩压(ASP)、左室收缩压(LVSP)、左室舒张压(LVDP),P均<0.05。结论生脉注射液能明显改善冠心病患者的心功能。AIM To observe effect of Sheng Mai injection (containing Radix ginseng rubra,ophiopogon japonicus,schisandra chinensis )on cardiac function in the patients with coronary artety disease(CAD).METHODS Thirty patients with CAD [meanage of (68±10) years]were studied.Sheng Mai injection 50 mL in 0.9% NaCl 50 mL were injected into left ventricle by pig-tail catheter within 10 min in every patients.The parameters of cardiac function ,such as ejection fraction(EF),left ventricular end-systolic volume(LVESV),left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LVEDV),cardiac output (CO),cardiac index (CI),were assessed by left ventriculography before injecting and up to 30 min after injecting the drug.RESULTS It was shown that Sheng Mai injection was able to improve left ventricular function (EF,LVESV,LVDSV,CO,CI,respectively,P<0.05)of the patients with CAD,especially in the patients associated with cardiac dysfunction;and to reduce heart rate,aortic systolic pressure and left ventricle pressurerespectively(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Sheng Mai injection could significantly improve the cardiac function of patients with CAD.
