摘　　要：组胺是一种炎症介质和生物活性物质,更是中枢神经系统中的一种重要的神经递质或神经调质。当前药物滥用和成瘾呈上升趋势,它既是一个严重的社会问题,又是一个非常重要的医疗问题。深入研究成瘾机制,特别是脑内组胺与阿片类药物成瘾之间的内在联系,研究和开发组胺类新药,为阿片类药物成瘾的防毒戒毒工作开辟新的方向。Histamine is a medium of inflammation, and yet is an important neurotransmitter or neuromodulatory in central nerve system. The drug abuse and addiction is rising currently, it is a bad social problem as well as a more important medical treatment problem. In order to study and employ new medicines of histamine and inaugurate a new way for opium types to defend and abstain from the drug addictions, we study the addiction's mechanisms deeply and immanence relations between histamines in the brain and the drug addiction of opium types especially.
