摘　　要：装置提产及其他因素的改变,造成了预聚物过滤器的使用周期缩短。过滤器的运行方式,由一用一备改为并联运行方式,同时优化了切换方法,结果延长了其使用周期,并且切换时的熔体排废量大大减少,相关费用也显著节省。The increasing in plant's throughput and other changing factors drastically shortened the prepolymer filter's running period.To make up for it,the workshop changed the running way of the filter from alternative running to parallel running.Optimizion of switch method was also adopted.The results show that the life-time of filter was prolonged,the waste melt emission while switching was sharply reduced,the corresponding cost was also saved.
