摘　　要：本文针对近年来经常发生的亚铵法造纸蒸球内表面裂纹情况，介绍了对典型蒸球裂纹的检测和试验分析，确定了裂纹成因是应力腐蚀。进一步分析了蒸球壳体产生应力腐蚀的原因，提出了防止应力腐蚀裂纹在定期检验、使用工艺和管理、设计制造等方面应采取的措施。Cracks on the interior surface of the spherical digesters which are used for (NH4)2SO3 process cooking are attributed to the stress corrosion based on the test and analysis of the cracks and the reasons of stress corrosion cracking are discuseed. In order to prevent the stress corrosion cracking from producing, several measurements including regular testing,using appropriate technology and correct design and manufacture are suggested.
