摘　　要：在进行宏观经济分析和预测中需要大量的宏观经济、行业经济及财务统计数据信息。为适应经济指标繁多,数据量大的特点,给出了一个应用于经济景气分析领域中的数据仓库设计方法,并按照数据仓库技术原理,结合经济景气分析需求,通过确定主题、定义维度、分析粒度和分割数据,实现了数据仓库的逻辑模型设计;应用MicrosoftAccess,创建了数据仓库的物理结构;使用VC++.NET语言工具,开发了数据仓库管理系统。该系统功能安全、可靠,处理数据准确、快捷。例如,其中的截面数据装载功能,可在3min内,将565个企业的近4万个数据,通过Excel存入仓库中对应指标序列的相应位置上,从而为景气分析决策支持系统提供了良好的数据环境。这一数据仓库管理系统已经过了国务院国有资产监督管理委员会业务考核局和国家信息中心等有关部门的实际应用,并检验了它的设计合理性和功能的可靠性。The analysis and forecast of macroeconomics need a great deal of data information about macroeconomics, industrial economics and financial statistics. In order to adapt to the feature of the variety in economic indicator and the huge quantity in data, this paper introduced an idiographic process of data warehouse designing used in the domain of the forecasting and monitoring of business climate analysis. This paper realized the designing of logistic model of data ware house, according to the technical principle of data warehouse and demand for the forecasting and monitoring of business climate analysis, through confirming topic, defining dimension, analyzing granularity and partitioning data; constructed the physical structure of data warehouse using Microsoft Access; exploited data warehouse management system by VC++.NET language tool. The function of the system is safe, reliable, and it can deal with the data accurately and rapidly. For example, the loading function of the panel data can rapidly store nearly 40 000 data of 565 enterprises to the corresponding position of the corresponding index array in the warehouse in 3 minutes though Excel file. All of these functions provide favorable data conditions for supporting system of economic analysis in decision-making. The rationality in designing and reliability in function of this data warehouse are verified through the practical applying by the State Council Bureau of Performance Assessment of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, State Information Center etc.
