摘　　要：通过对企业的数据流程的分析,在过程检查、成品检查、化验、衡量、铝锭保管、铸造等部门实现计算机联网,完成数据的自动采集、处理及传输,提高数据在流转过程中的准确性,将计量数据、化验报告、质量证明书等由人工抄写改为计算机传输,加快数据的传输入速度,提高数据传输的保真度,避免人为因素造成数据错误,免去了报表的传送及抄写时间,提高了工作效率,降低了费用。Through analyzing the data flow of the Aluminum smelter, establish the network including process examination, product examining、chemistry analysis ,aluminum ingot measurement, aluminum ingot keeping-stock and casting . Accomplish data automatic collection, management,transmission and improve the data precision in the process of transaction .The method of disposal to measurement data, analysis report and quality certification was altered from manual-opration into computer transaction.As a result,accelerate the speed , improve fidelity of the data transaction and avoid the man-made data error,save the time of the transmission and copying of the report forms. Especially improves the work efficiency and reduce the cost.
