国产1760／300新型传递压榨纸机的特点与实践

摘　　要：该纸机与国内同类１７６０纸机相比具有优质、高效、节能、低耗、操作简便和原料品种适应性广的优越性能；在产品质量方面根除了三辊二压区复合压榨纸机可能产生的真空辊孔印痕，抄成的纸张吸收性两面差小且接近于零，特别适用于在长网成形条件下生产高档优质文化印刷用纸。Comparing with the old machine equipped with compound press with three rollers and two nips, the new domestic 1760/300 machine equipped with a new type transfer press displays the advantages such as high efficiency, energy saving,lower consumption, friendly operation and broad suitability for various raw materials.Furthermore the hole marks on the sheet causing by suction roll of the compound press in the old machine can be eliminated. Two sideness of absorbency of the paper produced on the new mahine is reduced significantly and even approaches to zero. This new machine is suitable for producing high quality printing and writing papers.
