摘　　要：为达到眼底荧光血管造影3张/秒高速连续摄影的要求、获得高视觉清晰度的影像,使用乐凯SHD400高速黑白胶片对25例眼底荧光血管造影进行显影实验,结果显示其影像感光度、反差、颗粒度等参数符合临床诊断、治疗的要求,正确进行显影控制是获取高视觉清晰度造影影像的关键。To acquire the best image definition of angiography in ocular fundus at shotting speed of 3 pictures a second, Lucky SHD 400 high speed B&W film was used in 25 cases of angiography in ocular fundus experiments. The result shows that the parameters of sensitivity, contrast and granularity can meet the requirements of clinic use. The Key step to obtain the high definition image is to control the development.
