铁法预处理糖蜜酒精废液沼气发酵工艺的研究

摘　　要：本研究采用铁法预处理糖蜜酒精废液，并将其进行厌氧发酵试验。试验的厌氧罐容积为１３Ｌ，预处理容积为１．３Ｌ。结果表明：经铁法预处理后的糖蜜酒精废液能够稳定地用于沼气发酵，而且所产沼气的Ｈ２Ｓ含量大大减少。在ＨＲＴ为５天，发酵温度为５５±２℃时，沼气发酵的容积负荷率可达１７．４ｋｇ／ｍ３．ｄ），容积产气率达５、９～６．５ｍ３／（ｍ３．ｄ），ＣＯＤ去除率为６４．１％沼气中Ｈ２Ｓ含量小于１０ｍｇ／ｍ３。Pretreatmet of molasses Wastewater with iron was experimented in this study. The treated wastewater was then used for anaerobic fermentation. The working capacity of digester was 13L,with a pretreating capacity of 1.3L The result showed that the molasses wastewater treated with iron obtained a stable fermentation process in digester without interfering of sulfate subtance,and the preduced biogas contains much less H2S. The frementation loading rate could reach 17.4kg/(m3.d)when HRI was 5 day and the temperature was 55±2℃,which resulted in a gas production rate of 5,9～6.6m3/(m3.d)COD removal rate of 64.1%and the H2S content less than l0mg/m3.
