摘  要:为了正确评价钎焊接头的高温力学性能,采用铸态非晶态BNi-2钎料来模拟实际钎缝材料,测定其基本蠕变特性,并与0Cr18Ni9不锈钢进行比较。结果表明:高温下BNi-2铸态钎料蠕变韧性低,蠕变应变速率小,对应力水平比较敏感,其本构关系可用Kachanov-Robatnov方程描述。Brazing technology has gained increasing awareness in response to the need of manufacturing high tech products. Due to unavoidable creep stress redistribution and damage localization, the brazed joint may become the weak link of the equipment serving at high temperatures. The high temperature strength data of brazing materials are essential in order to evaluate high-temperature performance of brazed joint In view of the difficulty in sampling testing specimens from the narrow brazed zone, an as-cast Ni-based filler was adopted in the creep test in the present work. The measured creep properties were compared with those of 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel. The brazing material had low creep ductility and low creep strain rate and the latter was rather sensitive to stress change. The Kachanov-Rabotnov constitutive equation can be used to describe the creep behavior.
