摘　　要：本文对１２６例患者随机分为等数三组，即针灸配合刮痧综合治疗组、刮痧组及针灸组分别进行治疗观察。结果三组疗效有显著差异。并对三组即时效果、治疗次数、疗效影响等比较分析，提示针灸配合刮痧综合治疗组疗效明显优于刮痧组和针灸组。反映针灸配合刮痧治疗神经根型颈椎病不失为临床一种较好的治疗方法。One hundred twenty-six casess were divided at random into acupuncture and Sha-scrapping group,single Sha-scrapping group and single acupuncture group for treatment and observation.The resultsshowed noticeable difference in therapeutical effects among the 3 groups.Inaddition,the instant effect,frequency of treatment and influence on therapeutical effect in the 3 groups were also compared and analysed by the authors,suggesting that the curative in the acupuncture and Sha-scrapping group was markedly superior to that in the other two.
