摘　　要：调督止晕法治疗眩晕５４例临床观察曲延华（北京中医医院针灸科，北京１０００１０）主题词眩晕／针灸疗法，穴位，督脉Ｒｅｐｏｒｔｏｎ＂ＲｅｇｕｌａｔｉｏｎＧｏｖｅｒｎｏｒＭｅｒｉｄｉａｎＲｅｌｉｅｖｉｎｇＶｅｒｔｉｇｏ＂ｉｎ５４ｃａｓｅｓ￥ＱｕＹａｎｈｕａ...The author used Shenting (GV24), Baihui (GY20),Taodao (GV13) and Waiguan (TE5) as main points and various auxiliary points selected in accordance with TCM differentiation of the disease for treating 54 cases of dizziness. All the patients were cured after 10 or less than 10 sessions of the treatment. It is concluded that this regulation method may regulate Qi circulation within the Du meridian and pro mote the blood circulation. Thus it exerts effects of sedation, tranquilization and relieving fainting.
