MSCT灌注成像对淋巴结转移瘤的鉴别诊断和疗效评价的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究淋巴结转移瘤与肌肉CT灌注值的差异和相关性,并进行淋巴结转移瘤治疗前后比较。方法淋巴结转移瘤患者40例,测定淋巴结和相应层面肌肉的CT灌注值,其中部分淋巴结转移瘤病例于治疗后复查CT灌注值。结果转移性淋巴结与肌肉灌注值有显著差异,转移淋巴结治疗前与治疗后灌注值有显著差异。结论CT灌注成像法对淋巴结转移瘤的鉴别诊断及评价转移性淋巴结治疗效果和判断复发上具有临床应用价值。Objective To study the difference and relativity of CT perfusion value between metastatic lymph nodes and muscle,and to find out whether differentiation the malignant nodal after therapy was possible.Methods 40 patients with metastatic lymph nodes were undergone CT perfusion imaging.CT perfusion values of metastatic lymph node and muscle on the same level were measured,and were examed again in some patients with metastatic lymph nodal diseases after radiation and/or chemotherapy.Results There were significant difference in CT perfusion values between metastatic lymph nodes and muscle,and also between pretherapy and post-therapy with metastatic lymph nodal.Conclusion The qualitative assessment of perfusional value is useful in detecting malignancy and evaluating the effect of therapy.
