针挑治疗强直性脊柱炎21例疗效观察

摘　　要：笔者根据中医辨证分型，取膀胱经穴、华佗夹脊、督脉等穴位，对２１例强直性脊柱炎患者进行针挑治疗，取得较好疗效。其中，显著好转８例，好转１１例，无效２例，有效率为９０．５％。本文提出了强直性脊柱炎辨证分型与传统痹证分型不同，并讨论了针挑方法的特点，作用和原理。In light of differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine, the author treated 21 cases of ankylosing spondylitis by means of pricking points on Bladder Vessel and Governor Vessel and Huatuojiaji points and obtained fair effects. Marked effect was found in 8 cases, improvement in 11, and unchanged were 2. The total effective rate was 90. 5 percent. It is also considered in the article that the differentiation of ankylosin spondylitis differs from that of convetional Bisyndrome. Discussion on the characteristics, actions and mechanism of the pricking method is made.
