摘  要:目的:研究莪术挥发油体外抗念珠菌的活性。方法:采用微量稀释法以莪术挥发油对62株念珠菌进行体外药敏实验,测定其最小抑菌浓度(MIC)及最小杀菌浓度(MFC),同时以氟康唑及两性霉素B作为质控药物。结果:莪术挥发油对念珠菌属的平均MIC值为(760.87±376.56)μg/mL,其中对白念珠菌MIC和MFC值均为(734.13±379.36)μg/mL;对光滑念珠菌的MIC、MFC均为(833.59±415.07)μg/mL;对克柔念珠菌的MIC、MFC均为(1082.59±405.07)μg/mL;对热带念珠菌的MIC、MFC均为(606.25±207.53)μg/mL;对近平滑念珠菌的MIC、MFC均为(568.36±218.76)μg/mL;对季也蒙念珠菌的MIC、MFC均为757.81μg/mL。结论:莪术挥发油在体外对临床常见6种念珠菌均有不同程度的抑制作用,并且对各菌种的抑制作用无显著性差异(P>0.05);莪术挥发油抗念珠菌的作用方式可能为杀菌;NCCLS-M27-A方案可用于对中药抗念珠菌活性的评价。Objective: To evaluate the anticandida activity of Curcuma zedoaria volatile oil in vitro. Methods: The minimum inhibitory concertration (MIC) and the minimum fungicidal concentration (MFC) of Curcuma zedoaria volatile oil in 62 clinically isolated Candida strains were tested by NCCLS-M27-A microdilution method. Fluconazole and amphotericin B were used as quality control drugs. Results: All of the Candida strains tested were susceptible to Curcuma zedoaria volatile oil. MIC was (760.87±376.56) μg/mL for Candida spp. MIC and MFC were (734.13±379.36) μg/mL for Candida albicans, (833.59±415.07) μg/mL for Candida glabrata, (1 082.59±405.07) μg/mL for Candida krusei, (606.25±207.53) μg/mL for Candida tropicalis, (568.36±218.76) μg/mL for Candida paropsilosis and 757.81 μg/mL for Candida guilliermondii. Conclusion: Curcuma zedoaria volatile oil has similar antifungal effects on medically important Candida. Synergistic and additive effects were observed without obvious antagonism. The antifungal mechanism of Curcuma zedoaria volatile oil is probably fungicidal. NCCLS-M27-A protocol can be used to evaluate the anticandida activity in component of medicinal plant as a standard method.
