摘  要:目的:研究声带振动模式与发声的空气动力学之间的相关关系。方法:40例正常人及80例病理嗓音患者,按心理听觉评价结果,根据GRBAS分级,分别进行电声门图(EGG)测试、口腔气流率及发声强度的测试,对电声门图参数(jitter、shimmer、CQ、CQP、NNE)与口腔气流率(flow)及声强(intensity,I)进行相关性研究。结果:I与EGG参数间呈负相关,flow与shimmer、CQ、CQP、NNE均显著正相关,而与jitter的相关性较差。结论:电声门图是测量声带振动模式的方式,口腔气流率和声强反映了嗓音的生理特性,心理听觉评价则提供了音质的心理印象。三者的综合应用,能更好地评价嗓音质量。Objective: To investigate the relationship between electroglottography (EGG) and air flow and intensity during phonation. Methods: 40 normal controls and 80 pathological voice patients were graded by GRBAS according to the outcome of auditory assessment. They were accepted EGG and aerodynamic test. The parameters were analyzed by SPSS statistical soft ware. Results: There were significant difference on flow, intensity and EGG parameters. There were good correlations between the intensity and EGG, between the flow and shimmer, and between CQ and NNE, but there was no correlation between flow and jitter. Conclusion: EGG is a method to measure the vibration of vocal cord, and the air flow and intensity are the physiology parameters of voice, and auditory assessment can support the impression of the voice. The synthetic application of three tests can estimate the hoarseness more correctly.
