摘 要:用共沉淀/热结晶方法合成出尖晶石型无机离子交换剂LiAlTiO4,对其进行了酸改型,测定了其对碱金属离子的饱和交换容量、分配系数和pH滴定曲线等离子交换性,并对其进行了X射线衍射分析。结果表明,用不同浓度HNO3溶液处理LiAlTiO4时,Li+的抽出率在28%~72%,Al3+的浸出率为6.8%以下;酸型交换剂LiAlTi700(H)对Li+的饱和交换容量高于其它碱金属离子的饱和交换容量,达到4.29mmol/g(即30.03mg/g);LiAlTi700(H)对Li+的选择性高于其它碱金属离子。说明LiAlTi700(H)对Li+具有较强的记忆性和离子交换选择性,是一种有应用前景的锂离子筛。The ion-exchanger LiAlTiO_(4) of spinel type was prepared by means of the common precipitation/(hydrothermal) crystallization method, then was acid-modified. Its ion-exchange proporties for alkali ions such as saturation capacity of exchange, distribution coefficient and the pH titration curve were determind. LiAlTiO_(4) was characterized by virtue of X-ray diffraction method. The acid treatment of LiAlTiO_(4) causes Li^(+) (extraction) ratio to change from 28% to 72%, while the dissolution of Al is less than 6.8%. This inorgnic ion-exchanger(LiAlTiO_4-700) has the saturation capacity of exchange for Li higher than those for other alkali (ions), the (saturation) capacity of exchange for Li^(+) reaches to 4.29 mmol/g(30.03 mg/g); LiAlTiO_(4)-700(H) has a (higher) selectivity of ion exchange for Li^(+) than for other alkali ions. These result show LiAlTiO_(4)-700(H) has better memory and selectivity of ion exchange, and higher capacity of ion exchange for Li^(+). It is a kind of (prospective) ionic sieve for Li^(+).
