摘 要:以中心产区典型群简单随机抽样在山东省滨州市渤海黑牛原种场随机抽取渤海黑牛45头,应用垂直平板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶(PAGE)和水平淀粉凝胶电泳技术检测了16个编码血液蛋白(酶)的结构基因座,实验结果表明:在所检测的16个座位中有9个存在多型现象,多态位点百分比为56.25%,群体内遗传变异水平相对较高,平均杂合度为0.2319。证实了渤海黑牛是由北方牛和南方牛的混血种。A total of 45 Bohai black cattle from Binzhou county of Shandong province was sampled by simple random sampling in typical population. 16 structure loci were detected by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE) and starch gel electrophoresis (SGE). The result showed that: 9 out of 16 loci were polymorphic (56.25%); the level of genetic variation in black cattle population was relatively high, the mean hoterozygosity was 0.2319, which indicated that Bohai black cattle were crossbred between the Northern and Southern cattle in China.
