摘　　要：教材管理是高校教务工作中的重要环节,本文根据“基于WEB的教材管理系统”的分析和建模,阐述了开发本系统的必要性和可行性,介绍了系统的UML静态模型的分析和建模过程,并详细介绍了系统功能的设计和突出优点,对相关管理系统的开发有一定的借鉴作用。Textbook management is important in educational administration. According the analysis and modeling of 'textbook management system based on web', this paper expatiates the necessary and feasible of the system, and introduces the course of analysis and UML static modeling. Functions and advantages of the system is introduced too. The paper can be a reference to correlative.
